And isn't it just so pretty to think, all along there was some

invisible string?

It was the beginning of fall in 2016. Poughkeepsie was feeling the ordinary seasonal changes. The leaves began to turn and the air went crisp. That's when Matthew and Molly met for the first time. The next few months were kindled through a short film Molly was making for class. Matthew offered his help. Long days of filming, turned into even longer nights editing, and eventually a relationship between the two.

Together, life became easier, more vibrant, and filled with laughter that makes your stomach hurt. Time began to move fast, as the two took on the world by storm. A move to Boston, the addition of an elderly chihuahua, and a love that has ever-growing roots brought the couple to Maine one warm weekend in April of 2023. Kneeled on one knee, the ocean crashing against the seaside cliffs, the sun just ready to descend, Molly said yes.
